Microsoft recently released a security patch for Internet Explorer. This patch addresses issues for Internet Explorer versions 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. We have learned from a few users, that this patch causes users who have logged into Atlas to be immediately logged out when a link is selected within Atlas. We are currently engaged looking into this issue, and we will keep you updated as we learn more about this. In the meantime, if you experience these issues with Internet Explorer after the security upgrade, please log in to Atlas with another web browser, such as Firefox.
Having trouble accessing your Atlas e-mail (including from your mobile device)? Follow these steps:
Login to your Atlas account
On the My Atlas tab, in the upper left corner, click on Change Password
Enter your current Atlas Password
Enter your new Atlas Password twice
After receiving the message that your Atlas password has been successfully reset, log out of your Atlas account
Wait 5 minutes
Log back into your Atlas account. You should have access to your e-mail.
